Here at Murray Gardens we have one four-bedroom share house. This is our most popular option and as such it is often full. There are four separate bedrooms (with a lock on each door), two bathrooms, a large lounge/dining area, a kitchen and a huge back covered verandah area.

Onsite, and included in your rent is free use of all the facilities, such as the pool, gym, guest laundry ($4 per load), communal kitchen and 2 covered BBQ areas with open fires. And of course our Giant Bouncing Cushion!! Table tennis, darts, basketball and volleyball courts are also here for your enjoyment. 500mb of free internet per device per week is also included in your rent.

The four bedrooms are as follows:

Bedroom 1 ……… for up to three people ……….. $315 per week (a queen bed and a single bed)
Bedroom 2 ……… for up to two people …………. $285 per week (a queen bed)
Bedroom 3 ……… for one person ………………. $155 per week (a single bed)
Bedroom 4 ……… for up to three people ……….. $345 per week (3 single beds)

A bond (deposit) of one week’s rent is also required when booking.
